Customer sends order through Kart123 Consumer App or your Microsite on Kart123. You get the order in Kart123 Business App. After accepting the order, shop staff picks items and packs them for delivery. At the time of marking the order as "Ready for Pickup" it can be assigned to a Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent receives a notification in the Delivery App when an order is assigned. On delivering it to the customer, the Delivery Agent marks the order as delivered. There is no need to call up or WhatsApp to update order status. There is no more messed up orders or confusion.
With Kart123 consumer app it is very easy for customers to see your items, add them to cart and send their orders. Thus you get more accurate orders. There is no more confusion or mix up as in the case of phone and WhatsApp orders.
